DSR was established by Jay DeFaro in 1982, in Los Angeles, California. DSR soon joined the IBM Marketing Assistance Program (MAP), now known as IBM Partner World Program, providing software packages to address the business automation requirements of IBM mid-range computer clients. In 1984 it expanded its operations to Hawaii, Manila (Philippines) and later, Auckland (New Zealand).
DSR’s early adherence to a very strict software development methodology (SDLC), formed foundation for the rapid design and development of a comprehensive range of business management software applications (Software Packages) for many industry sectors.
DSR provides an extensive array of services, including requirement analysis, systems design, software development, project management, systems deployment, training, operations support and general consulting services. It now offers ERP class products and many other applications to businesses in the following industries:
